Tourism Vancouver has announced its new 15-member board of directors for 2010/2011, representing a cross-section of the organization’s 1,000 members. “Tourism Vancouver’s new board represents a broad cross-section of tourism sectors, but all members share a commitment to contributing their wealth of knowledge to strengthen and further improve Vancouver’s tourism industry,” said new chair, James E. Terry, executive vice president, Rocky Mountaineer. Sunquest introduces no deposit for wedding groups with minimum of 10 passengers and a maximum of 30, for travel November 1 to April 30
Effective immediately for travel from November 1 to April 30, Sunquest has introduced no deposits for wedding groups. With this offer, wedding group passengers, with the exception of the bride and groom, do not need to submit a deposit upon making their booking. Instead, guests will only need the name of the wedding couple and the actual date of the wedding at the time of booking.
