Bidding farewell to Haris Hadi, vice-president, Canada, Tourism Malaysia, who has completed his four year term, HelloWestTravel.com attended the Malaysia “Truly Asia” event in Vancouver last night.
Hadi officially handed over the title to the office’s first ever female vice-president, Kausar Kassim, who was welcomed with smiling faces at the event. Since Hadi has been at his Vancouver post in July 2006, Malaysia has seen a 159.3 per cent increase in Canadian visitors. [Full text and pictures]
