B.C. RAFT TRIP IS AN ‘ULTIMATE ADVENTURE’
Canadian Press
A B.C. rafting trip is highlighted in the new book ``Ultimate Adventures,'' published by Rough Guides. The Klinaklini River, which flows to Knight Inlet on B.C.'s Queen Charlotte Strait, is remote and difficult to navigate, the book says. Access to the start location is by helicopter. Rafters ``whirl through steep glacial canyons with unexpected twists and turns.'' The best time to take this weeklong journey is July and August.
