Winnipeg Airports Authority has finalized their winter schedule. This year, Santa Lucia, Cuba is a new addition with Sunwing; Las Vegas continues to operate year-round with WestJet. Your clients can fly from Winnipeg to 14 sunny destinations, including U.S. destinations like Las Vegas and Phoenix. In Mexico, fly to Cancun, Huatulco, Los Cabos, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. Cuba destinations served include Holguin, Santa Clara, Santa Lucia, and Varadero. Jamaica's Montego Bay is offered, as well as the two Dominican Republic cities of Puerto Plata and Punta Cana. HAWAII SUPERFERRY ENHANCES SCHEDULE
Hawaii Superferry adds more voyages for holiday season; more convenience for travel between Maui, O’ahu
Hawaii Superferry has added voyages during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays giving customers more flexibility and accommodating more passengers wanting to travel between Maui and O‘ahu over the traditionally busy holiday travel season. With the additional voyages, passengers have more opportunities to use the ferry to take Christmas shopping trips or to visit family and friends.  Passengers with a vehicle can travel with as much baggage as can fit safely inside their car at no additional cost. Walk-on passengers are allowed two check-in bags at no additional cost.  Adult fares for travel on Hawaii Superferry start at $49 US each way and $65 US each way for vehicles. WESTJET'S BEDDOE GETS HONORARY DEGREE
WestJet's founder and Executive Chairman, Clive Beddoe, received an honorary degree this week from the University of Calgary. Mr. Beddoe received the honorary doctorate of laws degree for his commitment to his profession and to his community. "I'm deeply honoured to receive this degree," said Mr. Beddoe. "There are so many people at WestJet who do an amazing job - their commitment to providing great service has made WestJet the success it is. They deserve this recognition just as much as I do."
