Sonia not only searches extremely hard for the best deals for her clients, but her after sales support is second to none. As one example, she sent a couple to Mexico for a honeymoon wedding. When the couple got there, they were charged an extra fee and when they got home, there was no marriage certificate so they could not be registered in Alberta. Sonia spent hours and hours with messages back and forth to the hotel (which had changed hands in the meantime so they claimed they knew nothing about it). Sonia even got someone who spoke fluent Spanish to come into the office to talk to the hotel. Nothing was working until she got our consortium to work for us and the couple finally (after almost a year) got their certificate. Sonia has many faithful customers who will deal only with her because of the level of service they receive. Her knowledge of the industry is vast and she assists all the rest of us in the office with information about packages and destinations. Sonia books MY travel and I would not have anyone else. She is far and away the best travel agent I have ever dealt with or worked with. ------------------------------
